OHHHHHHH yes Friday the 13th is unlucky for some and the Tallaght RFC AGM is opening the floor to all our members to elect the next committee and to agree any changes that you would like to see.

If any member would like to go forward to one of the most sought after positions please make your intentions known to the Tallaght President.

As you may be aware our Clubs AGM will take place on

Fridaythe 13th of May 2016

in the

Kiltipper Inn

Pub at 7:30 pm

I would encourage all members seeking appointment to make their intentions known as soon as possible, we will send out a “hustings” mail to all members both house and playing on

Monday

the 9th of

May 2015

This will allow all perspective candidates to canvass members who will not be in a position to attend on the night but who wish to cast their vote via email and/or proxy. If you want to be included in the hustings mail, please complete a biography of yourself and why you are seeking to be elected, the length, and style of you mail is up to you (please forward them on to tallaghtrfcpresident@gmail.com so that they can be sent out on time, preferable in word format).

Proxy and Email voting: members who will not be able to attend on the night can cast their votes via email, or by proxy (i.e. asking someone to vote on their behalf in good faith using their own discretion).

Notification of proxy vote must be forwarded to Ken Kinsella tallaghtrfcpresident@gmail.com andone other member of the current committee (email addresses listed at the bottom of this mail) before 3pm onMonday the 9th of May.

The position of Child welfare officer should be independent of the club and the child welfare officer must act without interference from the club, s/he reports to the IRFU child welfare officer and (if necessary) An Garda Sáochána.
