Tallaght women took on Balbriggan away. Tallaght were dominant in the first half with Aisling Pyke and Abbie Keeley giving Tallaght a 10-0 lead. Then Adriana Silvela Alonso scored her first try for the club! Chloe Conroy scored a try and then Adriana Silvela Alonso scored her second try. Grainne Flood Leonard converted the last three tries to make it 31-0. But Balbriggan scored a try just before the break to make the half-time score 31-5.

Early in the second half, a Balbriggan player went down with a neck injury and play was halted and an ambulance was called. The game was abandoned and Tallaght were awarded the win by the games committee. But everyone at Tallaght RFC wishes the Balbriggan player a full and speedy recovery.
