The easiest way to find Tallaght upcoming Fixtures is just to do a “search” or “find” (CTRL+F if on a standard desktop browser) for the term “tallaght”

Now to find the Senior Men’s Metro League Division 7 table:
Wait for the main frame in the middle of the page to populate and then under the Large Text “LATEST RESULTS“, there is a drop down table “Fixtures Results Tables“; hover over this and then hover over “Adult Men”-> “Metro League” -> “Division 7”
